Roasting joints and racks: Preheat oven to 190°C, 3750°F, Gas mark 5 for 25 minutes per 500g +25 minutes. Leave to stand for 10 minutes befor carving. For relevant products remove hats prior to cooking. Apply fresh hats before carving.
