GeoURL is a location-to-URL reverse directory. This will allow you to find URLs by their proximity to a given location. Find your neighbor’s blog, perhaps, or the web page of the restaurants near you.
I’ve added my latitude and longitude to the head section on this site (<meta name="ICBM" content="51.44572, -02.60988" />), so you can now see a list of websites based within 50 miles of twisty.com (RSS feed). There’s also a Movabletype plugin that looks interesting.
